We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our proprietary AI systems
• Not use our services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activities

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Packages starting at $497. The following payment terms apply:

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated; refund requests must be submitted within 30 days
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
• Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, algorithms, designs, and materials on atlasbooksai.com are the exclusive property of Atlas Collective LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that our AI outputs will be error-free or meet your specific requirements
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs — human review is always recommended

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not share your proprietary information with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with legal requirements.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay fees when due
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Cause harm to our systems or other users

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease and any outstanding fees become immediately due.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Atlas Collective LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (EIN: 41-4866551).

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
